Scarecrow Fest Vendor Registration
We would like to invite you to set up at Delavan’s 25th Annual Scarecrow Fest.
Vendors, Music, Guided Mural Tours, Activities, Arts & Crafts, Food, Kids Petting Zoo, Pumpkins, Scarecrows and more!
VENDOR SPACES.
Spaces are limited. All spaces are approximately 10 feet x 10 feet in size and no tables are provided. Locations will be in Tower Park, 200 block and 300 block of East Walworth Ave. You may note a location preference, but we CAN NOT guarantee you will get it. We ask that you are ready to sell at 10am and stay thru 4pm. Walworth Ave. will be closed at approximately 6am. If you have any questions, please call or email.
WEATHER.
We are hoping for beautiful weather, but weather is always unpredictable. The event is rain or shine. We ask that you pick up after yourself and put all of your trash in the garbage cans/dumpster provided. Please also note that it is very windy, and we strongly recommend that you weight your tents & canopies so we don’t have any accidents.
